Showroom Sales Executive

Our client, a home finishing company in Malta specialising in internal doors, flooring, glass, and related residential products. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Showroom Sales Executive to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers and provide expert advice to their clients.

Your main duties will include:

  • Provide an exceptional experience for walk-in clients, homeowners, and B2B partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for architects, designers, and contractors to ensure technical requirements meet client expectations.
  • Proactively manage leads, conduct timely follow-ups, and convert inquiries into firm orders.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining professional standards and company reputation.
  • Oversee the client journey from initial consultation through to the final closing of the sale.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent level of English is a must; Maltese is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales within home finishing, construction, furniture, kitchens/bathrooms, or real estate.
  • A natural closer who is comfortable discussing budgets and technical specifications.
  • Currently based in Malta with a strong understanding of the local market landscape.
  • Highly organized, commercially minded, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
