Our client, specialising in bathroom sales, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Showroom Sales Executive to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers and provide expert advice on the client's extensive range of bathroom products. Your main duties will include:
Assist customers in selecting bathroom fixtures and fittings that meet their needs and preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and installation processes.
Manage showroom displays and ensure products are presented attractively and effectively.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling customer inquiries and complaints.
Draw measurements and create renderings.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
A passion for interior design and a keen interest in bathroom trends and products.
Knowledge of ACAD tools is considered an asset.
Excellent level of English is a must; Maltese is preferred.
Education and Experience
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the home improvement or bathroom sector.
