Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and engaging manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to support purchase decisions.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing showroom.
- Replenish shelves and product displays as required.
- Accurately process transactions using the POS system.
- Stay up to date on new arrivals, special offers, and market trends.
- Support inventory control and participate in stocktaking activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
- Previous local experience in retail or showroom sales, ideally with kitchenware or hospitality-related products.
- Strong passion for cooking, kitchen utensils, and the food & beverage industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good level of English language is a must.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
