Our client is looking to onboard a Sales Specialist to combine indoor sales responsibilities with essential showroom operations. As a frontline brand ambassador, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the retail space.
Responsibilities
Serve as an in-store sales consultant, engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions
Provide accurate and detailed product information, guiding clients toward the most appropriate choices
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead follow-ups, negotiations, and closing of sales
Re-engage with existing and past clients to follow up on quotations and build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business
Maintain the showroom’s presentation and organization to ensure a professional and welcoming environment
Support basic logistics operations, including stock handling, inventory control, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams
Keep accurate and up-to-date client records, actively managing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Ensure timely, professional communication with clients throughout the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final sale
Participate in ongoing product training, particularly focused on tools and solutions, to develop strong product expertise
Stay informed about new products, market trends, and company initiatives to provide informed advice to customers
Prepare and maintain accurate reports using CRM systems
Requirements
Strong drive, initiative with a proactive approach to sales
1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in both Maltese and English, written & verbal
