Customer-Focused Mindset – Understands that each client has unique needs and works to provide tailored solutions.

Commercial Awareness – Knows how to spot a business opportunity and act on it in a way that aligns with both client needs and company goals.

Organisational Skills – Able to manage multiple client accounts, follow-ups, and priorities simultaneously.

Problem-Solving Attitude – Can resolve client issues quickly and efficiently with a solutions-driven mindset.

Team Collaboration – Works closely with internal teams (e.g. logistics, operations, technical team, and management.
