Sales Representative

  Central Malta  |  €18,000 - €25,000 Annually 

This job as a Sales Representative is with one of our clients within the FMCG industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion within both the retail and food service sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all clients, particularly key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients within the designated territory to secure orders and maintain engagement.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow business through cross-selling and attracting new customers in retail and food service channels.
  • Keep clients informed about new products, promotions, and service offerings.
  • Gather and relay valuable insights and customer feedback from the field to relevant internal teams.
  • Handle client payment collections as required.
  • Support merchandising efforts and restock inventory at key retail locations when needed.
  • Monitor and manage stock rotation at retail outlets to ensure product quality and freshness.
  • Implement and maintain point-of-sale materials at client locations.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Maltese and English
  • A strong sales orientation with excellent negotiation skills
  • Team player with a proactive and goal-driven mindset
  • Passion for sales and delivering measurable results
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
