Key Responsibilities:
Customer Consultation: Assist customers in selecting the right products, providing expert advice .
Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product range to effectively address customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and recommend tailored solutions.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, accurately priced, properly stocked, and visually appealing to customers.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels on the floor and collaborate with the team to restock and display items efficiently as needed.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct safe and practical demonstrations of various tools and hardware equipment for customers when required.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and building materials to continually improve service quality
