Sales Representative (Hardware & Tools)

  Central Malta  |  Up to €25,000 Annually 

We are seeking a customer-oriented and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for customers.. The ideal candidate combines practical knowledge of tools with a passion for sales and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Consultation: Assist customers in selecting the right products, providing expert advice .
  • Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product range to effectively address customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, accurately priced, properly stocked, and visually appealing to customers.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels on the floor and collaborate with the team to restock and display items efficiently as needed.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct safe and practical demonstrations of various tools and hardware equipment for customers when required.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and building materials to continually improve service quality
