We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Senior Executive to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative marketing strategies and drive sales growth within our organisation.

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to enhance brand presence and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Analyse sales performance metrics and prepare reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
