Our client, a leading retail company, is looking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the CEO, the chosen candidate will:
Lead, coach, and motivate the showroom sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Deliver ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge, customer engagement, and conversion skills.
Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture focused on accountability and excellence.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize individual and team performance.
Implement and oversee sales initiatives to increase footfall, improve conversion rates, and attract high-value clients.
Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and drive continuous growth.
Ensure the showroom delivers a premium, brand-aligned in-store experience at all times.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and overall presentation in line with brand identity.
Analyze industry trends, customer preferences, and market demands to inform product selection and promotional strategies.
Provide feedback to internal stakeholders to refine offerings and stay competitive.
Proactively identify and develop B2B opportunities with developers, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for commercial clients—understanding their needs, proposing tailored solutions, and managing negotiations.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Work closely with project management and operations teams to ensure seamless execution post-sale.
Support the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring client satisfaction from initial engagement through to delivery.
WORKING HOURS:
MONDAY - SATURDAY (flexibility on a shift basis)
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
Excellent leadership and coaching abilities to inspire team performance.
Commercially savvy, confident negotiator, and goal-oriented.
Education and Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within furniture, interiors, or lifestyle retail.
Proven success in managing client relationships and closing B2B or commercial deals.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
