Our client in the Real Estate, is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will:
Lead, motivate, and manage the property sales team to achieve sales targets.
Conduct property viewings and present real estate options to potential buyers.
Negotiate terms and close property sales deals in line with company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners.
Source new property listings through networking, referrals, and market research.
Provide accurate and timely feedback to clients and stakeholders throughout the sales process.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and internal policies.
Requirements
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead a team and drive performance.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Education and Experience
Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of the local property market.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in both Maltese and English both verbal and written.
