Sales Manager

Our client in the Real Estate, is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will: 

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the property sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct property viewings and present real estate options to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate terms and close property sales deals in line with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners.
  • Source new property listings through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to clients and stakeholders throughout the sales process.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and drive performance.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

Education and Experience

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local property market.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in both Maltese and English both verbal and written.
