Sales Executive

  South of Malta  |  €25,000 - €30,000 Annually 

Our Client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join their high-performing team. If you're committed to excellence and thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact on their sales strategy and expand the client base.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow their client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential leads.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment and marketing teams to align strategies.
  • Monitor sales metrics and report on performance, forecasting, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the transportation, logistics, or related sectors.
  • Flexible to work additional hours when necessary and Able to commit to occasional meetings after regular working hours.
  • Prior industry experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to structure pricing and contract terms that deliver mutual value.
  • Highly organized and effective at working collaboratively across departments.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Fluency in Maltese is a must

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
