Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow their client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential leads.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment and marketing teams to align strategies.
- Monitor sales metrics and report on performance, forecasting, and opportunities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the transportation, logistics, or related sectors.
- Flexible to work additional hours when necessary and Able to commit to occasional meetings after regular working hours.
- Prior industry experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to structure pricing and contract terms that deliver mutual value.
- Highly organized and effective at working collaboratively across departments.
- Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Fluency in Maltese is a must
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
