Our client within the manufacturing industry is looking for a Sales Data Analysis Executive to join their company.
Responsibilities
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets aligned with company objectives.
Increase product distribution, availability, and visibility across the Maltese market.
Collect and analyze Sales and Marketing data using BI tools, and present clear insights and recommendations to Management.
Negotiate pricing structures, promotional plans, and trade agreements to optimize profitability.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing movements, and market trends within the FMCG sector.
Prepare accurate monthly and annual sales forecasts, performance reports, and customer analyses for management review.
Liaise closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment.
Support new product launches, marketing initiatives, and in-store promotional activities.
Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in FMCG sales (experience within the dairy or food sector will be considered an asset).
Strong understanding of the Maltese retail landscape.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Valid driving license.
A qualification in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline will be considered an asset.
