Sales Executive - Gozo based

  Gozo  |  Up to €30,000 Annually 

Our client within the manufacturing industry is looking for a Sales Data Analysis Executive to join their company.

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Increase product distribution, availability, and visibility across the Maltese market.
  • Collect and analyze Sales and Marketing data using BI tools, and present clear insights and recommendations to Management.
  • Negotiate pricing structures, promotional plans, and trade agreements to optimize profitability.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing movements, and market trends within the FMCG sector.
  • Prepare accurate monthly and annual sales forecasts, performance reports, and customer analyses for management review.
  • Liaise closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment.
  • Support new product launches, marketing initiatives, and in-store promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in FMCG sales (experience within the dairy or food sector will be considered an asset).
  • Strong understanding of the Maltese retail landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Valid driving license.
  • A qualification in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline will be considered an asset.
