Sales Executive -Building Services

  Central Malta  |  Starting from €20,000 Annually 

Our client, a leader in construction and finishing materials, is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join their team. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include: 

* Actively network and identify potential projects in the Commercial and Industrial sectors to promote the company’s product offerings and drive sales opportunities.

* Present detailed information to prospective clients regarding product features, functionality, advantages, and usage, while preparing accurate quotations, pricing, and payment terms.

* Stay informed on market trends and competitive offerings to maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge.

* Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and emerging market insights.

* Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivered products and address any additional needs or concerns.

* Prepare and submit all necessary documentation to finalize confirmed sales orders.

* Support debt collection efforts in alignment with company credit policies, obtaining prior approval from the Commercial Manager for any payment arrangements or exceptions.

* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key industry stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and project managers.

* Perform any other duties assigned by management to support business development and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years local industry experience is a must
  • Valid driving license
  • Fluency in Maltese would be ideal. Excellent level of English is a must
