Sales Coordinator

  Central Malta  |  €27,000 - €32,000 Annually 

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join a growing company operating within the ICT industry. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales function by managing client communications, coordinating orders, maintaining vendor and partner relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes. 

Responsibilities:

Customer Communication & Relationship Management:

  • Act as the first point of contact for both new and existing clients.
  • Provide customers with project updates and progress reports.
  • Follow up proactively with clients to confirm satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Sales Execution & Business Growth:

  • Supporting the Sales team in identifying and qualifying leads.
  • Develop tailored solutions for clients by understanding their technology needs.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and consistently work towards exceeding sales targets.

Sales Process & Order Management:

  • Prepare and issue accurate quotations tailored to client requirements.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics department to monitor order shipments and delivery schedules.
  • Work closely with the Finance department to handle invoicing, payments, and order-related paperwork.

Vendor & Partner Relationship Management:

  • Act as a liaison between the company and ICT vendors/partners.
  • Manage contract renewals to ensure uninterrupted services and product support.
  • Monitor and maintain licenses, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
  • Stay updated on vendor promotions, pricing changes, and new product launches to communicate opportunities to the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales support, client account management, or a coordination role preferably within the ICT/technology sector.
  • A professional qualification such as a degree or diploma in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • A target-driven mindset with motivation to achieve goals and deliver results.
  • An innovative thinker who confidently contributes ideas and follows them through in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills, with professional fluency in written and spoken English.
  • A valid Maltese/EU driving license

The remuneration package include a gross salary and commission
