Key Responsibilities
• Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities
• Convert qualified leads into long-term clients, meeting quarterly sales, gross profit, and turnover targets
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to support retention and repeat business
• Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies
• Manage the full sales cycle for exhibitions, fairs, and corporate events, including quoting, negotiations, and follow-ups
• Support the team to ensure seamless coordination and timely deal closures
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners
• Travel within Cyprus and overseas to explore market opportunities and attend industry events
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the events, marketing, or B2B services industry
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset
• Results-oriented attitude with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Willingness to travel and represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events
