Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth for their courier and logistics services. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and promote our delivery solutions to businesses across various industries. This role requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to understand customer logistics needs.
Responsibilities
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across B2B sectors
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and industry outreach
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements
Develop long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities
Conduct regular follow-ups to understand client needs, delivery challenges, and service expectations
Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements in line with company guidelines
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service commitments are achievable and aligned with customer expectations
Track sales activities, report progress, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
Previous experience in sales or business development in the courier industry is a must
Strong understanding of delivery services, supply chain processes, or B2B service models
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent level of English in both verbal and written
