Our client is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their growing team as a Sales and Design Consultant in their showroom. This role requires a blend of sales expertise and design acumen to provide exceptional service to clients while driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in the showroom to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on design options and product selections to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and present design concepts and solutions tailored to individual client requirements.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inspiring showroom environment.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising to optimize showroom presentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or showroom environment.
- Strong design sensibility with the ability to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design software and tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends as needed.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 1900hrs
Saturday 09:00 - 13:00hrs
With one weekday off during the week.
