Our client, within the Print and Merchandise sector is seeking a Sales and Client Account Executive to join its growing team.
This client-facing, office-based role involves managing client relationships, coordinating sales and networking meetings, handling orders across multiple channels, and responding to day-to-day client queries. Occasional off-site client visits are required.
Main Responsibilities include:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients
Coordinate sales and networking meetings
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Manage client orders via phone, email, and online platforms
Handle client queries, requests, and feedback efficiently
Assist clients both in-office and during off-site visits
Requirements
Well organised with a strong work ethic
Strong networking and communication skills
Valid driving licence and own vehicle
Comfortable assisting clients both in and out of the office
Confident using email and MS Office
Education and Experience
Previous experience in sales or client relations is considered an advantage
