Sales and Client Account Executive

Our client, within the Print and Merchandise sector is seeking a Sales and Client Account Executive to join its growing team. 

This client-facing, office-based role involves managing client relationships, coordinating sales and networking meetings, handling orders across multiple channels, and responding to day-to-day client queries. Occasional off-site client visits are required.

Main Responsibilities include: 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients
  • Coordinate sales and networking meetings
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Manage client orders via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Handle client queries, requests, and feedback efficiently
  • Assist clients both in-office and during off-site visits

Requirements

  • Well organised with a strong work ethic
  • Strong networking and communication skills
  • Valid driving licence and own vehicle
  • Comfortable assisting clients both in and out of the office
  • Confident using email and MS Office

Education and Experience

  • Previous experience in sales or client relations is considered an advantage
