Sales and Administration Clerk

  Central Malta  |  €19,000 - €21,000 Annually 

Our client is looking for a Sales and Administration Clerk. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing the stock management system and reporting any technical problems as necessary
  • Issuing sales invoices 
  • Keeping stock list records
  • Maintaining client database
  • Dealing with aftersales enquiries 
  • Completing all administration work
  • Handling client deposits

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm - Saturdays - 9:00am - 12:00pm on roster basis

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • High level of ownership, accountability and responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Maltese

Education & Experience

Previous experience within a similar role will be considered an asset
