We are seeking a proactive and communicative Enrolment and Support Officer to join an established international educational institution in Malta. Core Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of student engagement, from initial inquiry to ongoing academic support:
Prospective Student Engagement: Contact individuals from an existing database to provide information on new courses and career pathways.
Consultative Sales: Conduct sales meetings with local and international candidates to understand their goals and recommend suitable study options.
Enrolment Management: Lead applicants through the enrolment process with clarity and ensure all administrative records are accurately updated in the CRM and learning management systems.
Student & Faculty Support: Assist current learners with academic challenges and coordinate logistical needs, including timetabling and tutor support.
Operations & Events: Contribute to the coordination of physical workshops and events, and maintain institutional compliance through diligent record-keeping and reporting.
Communication: Manage inquiries via phone, email, and both online and in-person meetings.
