Relationship Manager

  Central Malta  |  €28,000 - €30,000 Annually 

Our client, who is involved in investments is seeking a Relationship Manager. The RM's primary role involves compiling and submitting client applications for residency or citizenship programs. This includes building and managing client relationships to ensure customer acquisition, retention, and income generation. Reporting to the Relationship Officer your responsibilities will include:   

  • Establish and maintain customer satisfaction through account planning, proactive client communication, and issue resolution.
  • Continuously identify and capitalise on cross-selling opportunities to align the firm's offerings with client needs.
  • Utilise internal resources to help clients meet application requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day activities for client applications, escalating issues and requests as necessary.
  • Assist RMs in setting up appointments and maintaining client relationships within established jurisdictional targets.

  

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 0900hrs - 1700hrs 

Requirements

  • Experience and knowledge in the immigration by investment industry / banking / financial services.
  • Proven success in building and maintaining multi-level client relationships.
  • Atleast 2 years of account management experience in investments, insurance, private banking, or wealth management
  • Outstanding abilities in attentive listening, verbal articulation, and written communication, consistently delivering professional correspondence.
  • Proficient in using standard office equipment and software.
  • Proactive in anticipating and addressing problems, taking action to prevent issues, and effectively interpreting and anticipating client needs.
  • Exceptional time and task management skills, with the ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Fluent level of spoken and written English.

Education and Experience

  • Holds an undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing or other related disciplines
