Real Estate Sales Associate

  Central Malta  |  Up to €24,000 Annually 

Our client, who is involved in the investment industry is seeking a Real Estate Sales Associate. Reporting to the Director of Real Estate your responsibilities will include to:

  • Facilitate the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial properties, delivering expert advice and exceptional service.
  • Guide clients through all stages of the property transaction process, from initial consultation to final closing.
  • Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Provide up-to-date advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities to support informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings, showcasing features and addressing client questions professionally.
  • Negotiate offers and terms between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes for all parties.
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents in line with regulatory standards.
  • Stay informed about real estate laws, zoning regulations, and financing options to maintain industry expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, investors, and other industry professionals.
  • Identify opportunities to promote and cross-sell the company's range of services to meet broader client needs.
  • Support the Lettings Team and other departments as required to ensure smooth and cohesive service delivery.

Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 (1-hour break)

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid Real Estate License.
  • Possession of a Maltese driving license.
  • Fluent in Maltese and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong understanding of local property market trends.
  • Well-established professional networks to support business growth.
  • Experience or knowledge of the immigration-by-investment sector is an advantage.
  • Proven or developing marketing skills, including effective use of CRM systems, digital marketing, and the creation of high-quality promotional materials to generate leads and engagement.

Education and Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
