Partners Relations Manager (Nicosia, Cyprus)

  Nicosia

KonnektTalexio is a collective of value-driven individuals with a common mission of creating better workplaces. We aim to transform HR complexity into clarity by powering smarter payroll, recruitment, and people operations through technology that works.

KonnektTalexio Cyprus is extending its Cypriot product portfolio to include Talexio. The Partners Relations Manager is a foundational role - you will be the first person on the ground representing the Talexio brand, part of our KonnektTalexio Commercial Team, with the full backing of the KonnektTalexio Cyprus Team and our established Malta operation.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will be the driving force behind Talexio’s Cypriot expansion, the person on the ground channelling our core values into long-standing relationships.

The initial period is all about knowledge and alignment. You will be expected to:

  • Learn the product inside out, understand its features and align with Talexio’s commitment to clients.
  • Build a strong understanding of Talexio’s USP, how organisations can benefit from it and how our technology can drive improved organisational well-being.
  • Assess how Talexio can fit into the Cypriot market, devising plans of action and proposing valuable suggestions for the arrival of the product in this new market.
  • Initiate direct outreach activity aimed at securing early market presence, establishing the Product’s initial Cypriot footprint and showcasing the product’s value to the local market.

Once independent in the role, you will be working closely with the Country Manager and the Head of Commercial, and your duties will include:

  • Research, identify and onboard high-value Partners within the Cypriot market.
  • Engage with and act as a primary point of reference for Partners, getting them accustomed to the Product and eager to drive our technology across Cyprus.
  • Actively define and execute a direct-to-market business development strategy, engaging prospective clients directly to establish the brand’s local presence.
  • Independently manage the end-to-end sales process and maintain a healthy direct-to-market pipeline to ensure and maintain consistent market penetration.
  • Conduct regular Product Demos and Training Sessions to ensure Partners are well-equipped to represent the Product and relay the value of Talexio.
  • Independently identify and target opportunities for new business, handle incoming requests, and manage the end-to-end Sales cycle by offering the required technical guidance while building long-standing relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Through close collaboration with Partners, support the end-to-end Sales cycle by offering the required technical guidance while keeping all Partners engaged.
  • Keep abreast with the local competitive landscape, attend networking events, and maintain a healthy outreach pipeline for a consistent flow of incoming requests.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, HR or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Partnership Management, Channel Sales or Account Management within the Cypriot SaaS or FinTech markets.
  • Proven track record in direct B2B sales and outbound business development, with the ability to drive direct-to-market initiatives independently while simultaneously building a partner ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of HR and Payroll workflows with a solid foundation of Cypriot payroll legislation and employment law.
  • A strong, relevant network in the Cypriot market.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal Greek and English.

Benefits

  • A supportive environment that values learning, collaboration, and transparency, dedicated to your growth.
  • A dedicated mental health support programme for employees.
  • A hybrid work setup with flexibility to manage your day effectively.
  • Opportunities to grow within a well-established, international group.
