We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Outdoor Sales Representative to manage and grow business within the HoReCa sector. This is a field-based sales role focused on relationship building, account management, and new business development within the hospitality trade.
What You'll be Doing
Manage and grow relationships with existing HoReCa customers
Visit hotels, restaurants, bars, and catering establishments on a regular basis
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Achieve agreed sales targets and performance objectives
Support and execute in-outlet promotions, activations, and trade marketing initiatives
Assist customers with events, launches, and promotional activities
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales activity
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery
Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the hospitality sector
Continuously improve performance through training and feedback
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within FMCG
Strong ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
Target-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales objectives
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a field-based territory
Proficient in MS Office applications
Valid driving license is essential
The remuneration package is inclusive of gross basic + commission.
