Our Client is looking to recruit an Outdoor Sales Representative to join their team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Sales Manager and Company Directors, the successful candidate will be responsible for all sales activities, starting from lead generation to closing the deal, implementing the marketing plan, and collaborating with the team to achieve business goals related to customer base expansion, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining regular contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Presenting and selling company products to current and potential customers.
- Preparing action plans and schedules to identify specific targets.
- Identifying sales prospects and following up on new leads.
- Developing and maintaining sales materials and in-depth product knowledge.
- Building trust, communicating effectively, driving execution, fostering innovation, collaborating with others, and demonstrating integrity.
- Communicating new products and service opportunities to clients.
- Preparing presentations, proposals, status reports, and sales contracts.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales and activities in the assigned territory.
- Identifying and resolving client concerns promptly.
- Participating in marketing events as required.
- Providing on-the-job training to new sales employees.
