Outdoor Sales Executive

  South of Malta  |  €16,000 - €32,000 Annually 

Our client is looking to onboard an Outdoor Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening client relationships, and acting as a key point of contact for all product-related information. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career within the supply chain of the HORECA sector.  

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand sales within the food service (HORECA) sector by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Maintain and nurture strong, professional relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Actively promote the company’s product range, providing clients with accurate and up-to-date product information
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to products, pricing, and availability
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive planning and execution
  • Conduct regular client visits to assess needs, present products, and identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support business development strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service to clients
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Requirements:

  • Strong drive, initiative with a proactive approach to sales, and ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Good standard of education
  • Valid driving licence
  • Fluency in both Maltese and English, written & verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The rumination package includes both gross basic salary + commission
