Our client is looking to onboard an Outdoor Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening client relationships, and acting as a key point of contact for all product-related information. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career within the supply chain of the HORECA sector.
Responsibilities:
Develop and expand sales within the food service (HORECA) sector by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Maintain and nurture strong, professional relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Actively promote the company’s product range, providing clients with accurate and up-to-date product information
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to products, pricing, and availability
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive planning and execution
Conduct regular client visits to assess needs, present products, and identify growth opportunities
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support business development strategies
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service to clients
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Requirements:
Strong drive, initiative with a proactive approach to sales, and ability to meet and exceed targets
Good standard of education
Valid driving licence
Fluency in both Maltese and English, written & verbal
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The rumination package includes both gross basic salary + commission
