Our client is looking to onboard an Internships Business Development Executive, to join their growing team. Reporting to the CEO, the chosen candidate will:
Source and develop new internship placement opportunities globally.
Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with partner companies, institutions, and organizations.
Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Represent Internships Worldwide at international workshops, fairs, and networking events.
Familiarize and engage with EU-related projects and funding opportunities to support strategic growth.
Identify potential collaborations aligned with international education and mobility initiatives.
Visit high schools, universities, and partner institutions worldwide to promote programs.
Deliver presentations to promote internship programs to potential partners and institutions.
Create, compile, and update marketing materials (digital and print) to support outreach and sales activities.
Research market trends and identify potential growth opportunities.
Report regularly on business development progress, partnership achievements, and new initiatives.
Deal with inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups from existing or potential partners in a timely and professional manner
Ensure consistent communication and alignment with operational and program teams.
Work closely with the Internships Coordinator to align business development strategies with operational needs.
Be proactive, professional, and consistent in all business interactions and negotiations.
