Industrial Products Sales Executive

  Central Malta  |  €36,000 - €42,000 Annually 

Our client, within the Building and Engineering Services Industry is looking for an Industrial Products Sales Executive. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for increasing sales while acting as a technical point of reference for industrial products. The role involves supporting customers, internal teams, and suppliers with both commercial and technical matters.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Build and manage a strong client database for the industrial product range.
  • Meet customers to understand their technical and commercial needs.
  • Propose suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations with a focus on closing sales.
  • Take responsibility for specific industrial product lines in the local market.
  • Provide technical support, including product selection, troubleshooting, and application advice.
  • Work closely with internal teams to prepare competitive and technically sound proposals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and assist with technical training sessions when required.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and supplier updates to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Contribute to sales plans aimed at increasing revenue and profitability.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: Office Hours

Requirements

  • Technical background, preferably with experience in a similar environment.
  • Good understanding of industrial equipment, machinery, or related products.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must have at least two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
