Our client, a Building Services Company is looking for an experienced HVAC Sales & Project Coordinator to join their growing team. Responsible for residential and light commercial sales and projects, with key responsibilities including:
Identify and develop new HVAC business opportunities across residential and commercial markets
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimates
Achieve sales targets and grow the client base
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants
Conduct site visits to assess client requirements
Recommend suitable HVAC solutions based on needs and budget
Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Plan and coordinate HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects
Liaise with technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors
Ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards
Monitor materials, inventory, and equipment usage
Provide basic technical support on HVAC systems
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Assist in troubleshooting during project execution
Maintain sales records, project files, and client databases
Prepare sales and operational reports
Monitor project progress and resolve issues
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Competitive base salary plus commission.
Requirements
2–5 years’ experience in HVAC sales, operations, or project coordination locally
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
Understanding of cost estimation and project management
Sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
Valid driving licence (for site visits)
Must have an excellent level of written & verbal English
Applicant must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
Mix of office-based work and on-site/client visits
