Our client, a Building Services Company is looking for an experienced HVAC Sales Executive. Responsible for driving revenue by identifying customer needs, promoting HVAC products and services, and closing sales with residential and/or commercial clients. The role combines technical knowledge of HVAC systems with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Your responsibilities include:
Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking
Meet residential and/or commercial clients to assess HVAC requirements
Present and explain HVAC systems, upgrades, maintenance plans, and energy-efficient solutions
Prepare and present accurate proposals, estimates, and contracts
Negotiate pricing, terms, and timelines to successfully close sales
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
Collaborate with engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay up to date with HVAC products and industry trends
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Competitive base salary plus commission.
Requirements
Must hold an excellent level of written and verbal English
Proven local sales experience; HVAC or construction background preferred
Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of HVAC systems (training provided)
