HVAC Sales Executive

  Central Malta  |  €25,000 - €28,000 Annually 

Our client, a Building Services Company is looking for an experienced HVAC Sales Executive. Responsible for driving revenue by identifying customer needs, promoting HVAC products and services, and closing sales with residential and/or commercial clients. The role combines technical knowledge of HVAC systems with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking
  • Meet residential and/or commercial clients to assess HVAC requirements
  • Present and explain HVAC systems, upgrades, maintenance plans, and energy-efficient solutions
  • Prepare and present accurate proposals, estimates, and contracts
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and timelines to successfully close sales
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
  • Collaborate with engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay up to date with HVAC products and industry trends

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Competitive base salary plus commission.

Requirements

  • Must hold an excellent level of written and verbal English
  • Proven local sales experience; HVAC or construction background preferred
  • Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of HVAC systems (training provided)
  • Ability to read technical drawings (preferred)
  • Must have a valid driver’s licence
