Hospitality Solutions Business Development Executive

Our client is looking to recruit a Hospitality Solutions Business Development Executive to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities within the hospitality industry to fuel company growth.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular engagement, upselling, and value-driven solutions.
  • Understand clients' operations and challenges, offering tailored solutions that deliver measurable impact.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact post-sale, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of solutions.
  • Stay up to date with hospitality technology trends, competitor activity, and emerging market needs.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals, process orders efficiently, and align deliverables with client expectations.
  • Represent the company professionally at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs

Education and Experience

  • Experience working in a hotel or hospitality operation (front office, operations or F&B) is essential
  • Experience in a client-facing or sales-oriented role is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal
  • A valid driving licence
