Head of Technical Sales (ELV)

Our client operating in the fire and security industry is looking for a Head of Technical Sales to join their team. Your responsibilities will be to:
Develop and implement business growth, sales, and marketing strategies.
Ensure consistent application of sales processes and best practices.
Strengthen collaboration between commercial, operational, and finance teams.
Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales & Marketing team.
Deliver revenue, sales, and profitability targets.
Manage and optimise the sales pipeline and CRM systems.
Track, analyse, and report on key commercial performance metrics.
Drive lead generation, brand awareness, and marketing initiatives.
Oversee digital marketing, website content, and social media activities.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and manufacturers.
Support the pursuit and closure of key business opportunities.
Ensure proposals and quotations meet company standards.
Promote customer retention, account growth, and client satisfaction.
Identify new market opportunities, technologies, and revenue streams.
Assist with commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
Manage key customer accounts and relationships.
Train technical teams to identify upselling opportunities and prepare on-site quotations.
Requirements
Excellent level of English is a must; Maltese is preferred
Valid Maltese driving license
Sales flair
Education and Experience
Previous local experience in a similar role is a must
Previous experience in ELV is a must
