Head of Technical Sales (ELV)

  Central Malta  |  €40,000 - €50,000 Annually 

Our client operating in the fire and security industry is looking for a Head of Technical Sales to join their team. Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and implement business growth, sales, and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure consistent application of sales processes and best practices.
  • Strengthen collaboration between commercial, operational, and finance teams.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Deliver revenue, sales, and profitability targets.
  • Manage and optimise the sales pipeline and CRM systems.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key commercial performance metrics.
  • Drive lead generation, brand awareness, and marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee digital marketing, website content, and social media activities.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and manufacturers.
  • Support the pursuit and closure of key business opportunities.
  • Ensure proposals and quotations meet company standards.
  • Promote customer retention, account growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Identify new market opportunities, technologies, and revenue streams.
  • Assist with commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
  • Manage key customer accounts and relationships.
  • Train technical teams to identify upselling opportunities and prepare on-site quotations.

Requirements

  • Excellent level of English is a must; Maltese is preferred
  • Valid Maltese driving license
  • Sales flair

Education and Experience

  • Previous local experience in a similar role is a must
  • Previous experience in ELV is a must
