Our client forms part of a well established group in Malta. A new role of Head of Sales has been created and will be reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and will oversee a small team. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion for the 3 product lines that the company offers.
The Role
- The key focus is on aligning sales initiatives with broader company goals to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- You will provide strategic leadership by setting clear targets and motivating the team to achieve them.
- You are also accountable for designing sales reporting systems that deliver actionable insights.
- Using data analytics, you will interpret market trends and customer behavior to refine sales strategies.
- Maintaining strong client relationships is essential to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Operations, HR, Technology, and Finance teams ensures unified efforts toward business objectives.
- Setting performance metrics and KPIs to assess sales and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- You should have at least 5 years leadership experience
- Have excellent analytical and communication skills with strong numerical skills
- Preferably have marketing or commercial qualification
- Have a great commercial & sales business acumen
- Be proficient in CRM systems
