The Role
- You will ensure that outlets meet financial, operational, and brand standards while delivering outstanding customer service. Reporting directly to the CEO, the position requires both strategic leadership and hands-on operational management.
- In terms of leadership and strategy, you will implement retail strategies aligned with company goals and oversee daily operations across all locations. They monitor retail performance, ensuring corrective action is taken to meet sales and satisfaction targets. This includes balancing profitability with customer experience and operational excellence.
- The commercial and operational aspect of the role involves setting and achieving revenue targets, managing inventory, and reducing waste. You will ensure full compliance with company policies, legal standards, and health and safety regulations. Maintaining consistent operational and brand standards across all outlets is a key responsibility.
- Under people management, the Head leads, coaches, and develops outlet managers and their teams to foster a high-performance culture. Responsibilities include recruitment, training, workforce planning, and succession development. You must also ensure open communication and collaboration across departments and with senior management.
- The customer experience and brand duties focus on maintaining and improving service standards, ensuring each outlet reflects company values. The role involves analyzing customer feedback and initiating improvements that strengthen brand loyalty. Customer satisfaction remains central to the Head’s objectives.
- You will handle the financial and reporting responsibilities cover budget management, cost control, and profitability monitoring. Regular reports must be prepared for the CEO and senior management, alongside identifying opportunities for business growth or restructuring.
