Head of Commercial

  Central Malta  |  €40,000 - €50,000 Annually 

Our client operating in the fire and security industry is looking for a Head of Commercial to join their team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and develop the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Oversee sales, business development, and key account management functions
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within fire detection, security systems, and related services
  • Manage contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and tender submissions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes within the fire & security sector
  • Set and manage commercial KPIs, budgets, and performance targets
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing commercial teams
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company governance

Requirements

  • Excellent level of English is a must; Maltese is preferred
  • Valid Maltese driving license
  • Sales flair

Education and Experience

  • Previous local experience in a similar role is a must
  • Previous experience in ELV is considered an asset
