Our client, operating in the IT industry, is looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to join their team.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects not only meet expectations but deliver long-term value, building strong relationships that drive ongoing growth.
This is a varied role that requires adaptability, strong organisation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Project Handover & Scoping: Manage client onboarding, clarify requirements, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main client contact, handling escalations and representing client interests internally.
- Proactive Engagement: Regularly check in with clients, identify evolving needs, and propose solutions that align with their goals.
- Commercial Oversight: Support contract negotiations and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Growth & Retention: Strengthen long-term partnerships while maximising client lifetime value.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Solid technical understanding to credibly advise clients (without needing to code).
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education and Experience
- A Degree or Diploma in IT or Business would be an advantage
- Located in Malta
