Customer Relationship Specialist

  Central Malta  |  Up to €35,000 Annually 

Our client, specialising in the distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical products, representing a broad portfolio of international brands and is recognised for its reliability, regulatory compliance, and efficient supply chain management is looking for a Customer Relationship Specialist.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Visit pharmacies, wholesalers, and clients regularly to promote products and take orders.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to support sales efforts.
  • Communicate promotions and special offers to customers.
  • Build lasting client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Follow a regular client visit schedule as directed by management.
  • Identify opportunities to enter new outlets and expand product range with approval.
  • Negotiate for better product placement and shelf space.
  • Assist with collection of outstanding payments.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
  • Monitor promotions and manage after-sales issues like faulty products.
  • Collect and share market insights with the sales team.
  • Achieve sales targets at product and overall levels.
  • Collaborate with management to share market feedback
  • Ensure marketing materials are well displayed and report any issues.
  • Support management with sales reporting.

Working Hours:

8:00-16:30 or 8:30-17:00

Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and target-oriented.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to foster client trust and satisfaction.
  • Strong personal selling and negotiation abilities.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum education: O-Level or equivalent.
  • Proficient computer skills, including common business software.
  • Valid driving licence essential due to regular field visits.
  • Candidates with a pharma background are preferred.
