Our client, specialising in the distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical products, representing a broad portfolio of international brands and is recognised for its reliability, regulatory compliance, and efficient supply chain management is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing queries, requests, and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Strengthen long-term client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and achieving annual targets for both clients and sales representatives.
- Support the client onboarding process, including due diligence and KYC where relevant.
- Coordinate with internal teams across sales, operations, finance, and business management to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
- Use CRM platforms to track client activity, monitor performance, and uncover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to meet and exceed business targets.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback, identify service gaps, and work with both clients and internal teams to implement improvements
- Produce reports on client satisfaction, performance indicators, and relationship outcomes for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory frameworks, and service-level agreements.
- When in a supervisory capacity, provide coaching, training, and support to junior staff and sales representatives, upholding high service standards.
Working Hours:
8:00-16:30 or 8:30-17:00
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skilled in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a strong customer focus.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
- 2–4 years of experience in customer relationship management, account management, or another client-focused role.
- Background in the same or a closely related industry is advantageous.
