  South of Malta  |  €21,000 - €23,000 Annually 

Our client is looking for a Customer Care & Sales Associate to join their growing team. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable service options
  • Build positive relationships with customers by maintaining a friendly and helpful approach
  • Stay up to date with the latest service offerings and updates
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Engage with potential clients to promote and sell services
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities

Requirements

  • O’Level standard of education
  • Proficient in computer use; ECDL certification is an asset
  • Strong team player with good collaboration skills
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written) and Maltese language
  • Must be currently residing in Malta
