Corporate Sales Specialist (Hybrid)

  South of Malta

We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Specialist to join a well-established company and take ownership of high-value client relationships across the ICT and telecom space.

In this role, you’ll work closely with corporate clients to understand their challenges and help them find the right mix of solutions, from cloud and cybersecurity to connectivity and managed services. It’s a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll be building relationships, shaping solutions, and driving deals from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

Sales & Client Relationships

  • Build and manage strong relationships with key enterprise clients
  • Identify new opportunities and grow existing accounts
  • Lead conversations with decision-makers and position yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact through to closing

Understanding Client Needs

  • Spend time understanding each client’s business, challenges, and goals
  • Turn those insights into practical, tailored solutions
  • Work across different industries and adapt your approach accordingly

Solution Building

  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design the right solutions
  • Put together proposals that make sense commercially and technically
  • Clearly communicate value, not just features

Tenders & Proposals

  • Take the lead on tenders, RFPs, and large proposals
  • Make sure everything is accurate, competitive, and delivered on time
  • Handle negotiations and help bring deals over the line

Market Awareness & Growth

  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and new technologies
  • Spot new opportunities and contribute ideas on how to grow the business
  • Represent the company at events and client meetings

Team & Business Contribution

  • Work closely with internal teams to keep things moving smoothly
  • Share knowledge and support junior team members
  • Contribute to forecasting and overall sales planning

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid experience in B2B sales within telecoms, IT, Networking or similar industries
  • Familiarity with enterprise technologies (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, etc.) would be an asset
  • A track record of closing complex deals and managing large accounts
  • Comfortable selling solutions (not just products)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
  • A practical, problem-solving mindset with a commercial focus
  • Willingness to travel when needed
