Corporate and Banking Manager

A reputable client of ours specialising in the Finance and Corporate sector is currently looking to onboard a Corporate and Banking Manager to join their team:

Duties:

• Managing the Corporate & Banking Department by ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures and maintaining a high standard of work and service delivery
• Liaising with clients to address their needs and concerns, providing excellent customer service
• Coordinating with internal teams and assigning team member transactions to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Overseeing the formation of local and foreign companies, as well as re-domiciliation of companies to/from Malta, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and requirements
• Maintenance of existing client portfolios, including meeting with clients, overseeing the preparation of all statutory documentation required for ongoing changes and yearly requirements as well as the filing of beneficial ownership information
• Preparation and submission of inspections conducted by the Malta Business Registry
• Assisting directors as required including for the taking of minutes and finalisation of resolutions to document changes
• Overseeing the processing of bank transfers and assisting with the maintenance of clients’ accounts and updating of records
• Liaising with Transport Malta in regards to shipping/aircraft registration, maintenance and crew endorsements
• Conducting training sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of statutory regulations and requirements pertaining to corporate entities and trusts in Malta.
• Three to five years' of experience in corporate services, company formation, and trust administration.
• Able to build and maintain excellent relationships both with internal and external stakeholders
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Education and Experience

• Would ideally hold a degree level of education; Applicants with a legal educational background will be given strong preference
