We are currently looking for a Conference & Events Sales Manager to join our client's leadership team and play a very important role in identifying leads and driving growth for the business.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company’s strategic sales plans.
Take ownership of meeting and exceeding sales targets, including generating your own sales against defined goals.
Manage the marketing plan to ensure a steady and reliable flow of leads.
Oversee and continuously improve sales and marketing processes.
Build a structured sales function and, over time, develop and grow your own team.
Contribute as part of the leadership team and take an active role in key business decisions.
Requirements:
Solid previous local experience in Sales at Management level
Selling small/medium projects in a technical field
Experience leading a small team will be considered an asset
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and act on sales and marketing data.
A can-do attitude and target-driven
Salary range include gross basic which is dependent on experience + attractive commission
