An exciting opportunity has recently arisen for the post of Commercial Sales Representative with a leading local company. You will be responsible for promoting, selling, and leasing equipment to commercial clients. This role is focused on developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer operational and financial needs.
The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a field-based role, with a strong ability to close deals and build long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing
Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within target markets
Promote and sell equipment solutions, including leasing
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct client visits, site assessments, and product demonstrations
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and leasing packages
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in B2B outdoor or field sales, preferably in equipment or technical products
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets
Valid driving licence
The remuneration package will include a basic salary and commission
