Client Relations Executive

A well-established Maltese company operating in the events and exhibitions sector is looking for a proactive Client Services & Operations Coordinator to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor company email inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses to client and merchandise queries
  • Coordinate with local and international suppliers and provide on-site client support when required
  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare and send quotes, and follow up within agreed time frames
  • Process customer orders and event requests, issue purchase orders, and track deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate logistics, proactively resolving delivery or supply-related issues
  • Prepare and send invoices, monitor payments, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Maintain organized documentation and email systems to support smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
  • Experience in client relations, administration, logistics, or order processing is an advantage
  • A team player with a proactive, hands-on approach and keen attention to detail
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Fluency in Greek is also considered an asset but not a requirement
