Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor company email inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses to client and merchandise queries
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers and provide on-site client support when required
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare and send quotes, and follow up within agreed time frames
- Process customer orders and event requests, issue purchase orders, and track deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate logistics, proactively resolving delivery or supply-related issues
- Prepare and send invoices, monitor payments, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain organized documentation and email systems to support smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
- Experience in client relations, administration, logistics, or order processing is an advantage
- A team player with a proactive, hands-on approach and keen attention to detail
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Fluency in Greek is also considered an asset but not a requirement
