Client Engagement Specialist

  Central Malta  |  €35,000 - €45,000 Annually 

The Client Engagement Specialist will be the principal point of contact for a diverse portfolio of international and local clients, including high-end retailers, architects, and designers. This pivotal role requires an individual who can seamlessly blend a focus on security requirements with the delivery of an exceptional, highly discreet, and personalised customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a high-profile, international client base, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Consultative Sales Support: Act as a specialist resource, supporting the sales process by understanding complex security and design requirements and presenting bespoke system solutions.
  • Project Coordination: Liaise between clients, internal technical teams, and external partners to ensure smooth, confidential, and timely execution of all showcase and security system projects from concept to final installation.
  • Client Communication: Manage all incoming and outgoing client correspondence (phone, email, in-person), acting as the central communication hub and providing prompt, accurate, and professional responses.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Ensure the highest possible level of secrecy and discretion is maintained with all customer information, project details, and proprietary data.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any client concerns or post-installation support requirements, escalating complex technical issues to the specialised team as necessary.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed client records, project timelines, and communication logs within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Monday to Friday 8am -5pm 

Requirements

  • An excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, is mandatory for dealing with an international client base.
  • A sophisticated level of French and/or German will be considered a distinct advantage.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a client-facing role, preferably within a luxury, high-end retail, security, or professional services environment.
  • Impeccable professional demeanour, strong emotional intelligence, and a high degree of tact and diplomacy.
  • Highly organised with a strong ability to manage multiple complex client accounts and project timelines simultaneously.
  • Comfort in understanding and communicating technical specifications for security and mechanical systems (training will be provided on proprietary products).
