Client Account Executives (Sales)

  South of Malta  |  €24,000 - €25,000 Annually 

We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Client Account Executive to join a well-established company in Malta. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support sales growth, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives across existing and new markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the achievement of annual sales targets in line with approved budgets.
  • Research, analyse, and propose new business opportunities and growth strategies.
  • Develop plans to grow existing accounts and foster new business across additional industry sectors.
  • Build strong relationships with a designated portfolio of clients and manage all customer communication.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions, quotations, and trading conditions.
  • Analyse market and competitor trends to support future sales and development plans.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams including Product Design and Production Planning to ensure timely delivery and effective product solutions.
  • Assist in preparing customer budgets and contribute to sales planning activities.
  • Attend industry events and client meetings as agreed with management.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and business development reports for management.

What You’ll Bring

  • Local experience in a sales role, including strong understanding of sales techniques - prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Maltese is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • Target-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated to achieve results.
  • Clean driving licence.
