Our Client, one of the leading companies in Malta, is currently looking to recruit a Business Support Executive to join their team. Reporting to the Operations Manager your duties will include:
- Assisting the Operations Manager in overseeing operational plans and strategies.
- Promoting effective leadership through improved communication and teamwork across all levels within the Operations Department and with other departments.
- Providing recommendations for adjustments, reductions, or additions in staffing levels, problematic areas, or capital equipment requirements.
- Leading and facilitating cross-departmental initiatives and departmental projects.
- Conducting audits of company processes and procedures.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 0800hrs - 1700hrs
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role withing FMCG
- Excellent level of written and verbal in English and Maltese
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge in SAP would be considered an asset.
