Responsibilities
- Quotation & Ordering: Support Solutions Specialists by preparing and delivering timely and competitive quotes to customers, and assisting with order processing.
- Supplier Relations: Request and negotiate quotes from suppliers to secure optimal costs and efficient delivery timelines.
- Purchasing Support: Provide essential purchasing support to other departments, particularly Operations, as needed.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate all logistics to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of goods and services to our client's customers.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promptly addressing inquiries and clearly communicating pricing, lead times, and product availability. This is a client-facing role.
- Inter-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including Finance and Operations, to ensure business objectives are aligned and met.
- Performance Analysis Support: Assist in analysing the commercial team's performance, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the implementation of process enhancements.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate data and generate reports to drive informed decision-making and enhance overall efficiency in quotation and logistics management.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure strict adherence to our client's company policies and procedures related to pricing, procurement, and logistics. You will also ensure compliance with relevant laws, directives, and regulations, such as the European Medical Device / In Vitro Devices Regulations, ISO Standards, and any other standards required by our client or their customers.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve any issues or challenges related to quotations, supplier negotiations, or logistics in a timely and effective manner.

Education and Experience

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
