A well established client is seeking a commercially focused and results-driven Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager to support the growth of its Immigration & Relocation practice. This senior-level, revenue-generating role reports to the Senior Manager – Immigration & Relocation and carries clear responsibility for originating new business, expanding international intermediary networks, and achieving defined commercial targets.
The successful candidate will actively promote Malta residence and relocation programmes, as well as selected European and Caribbean investment migration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of identifying and securing new outbound business opportunities within the scope and authority levels defined by the Senior Manager;
Design and execute structured outbound business development strategies aligned with revenue objectives, geographic priorities, and targeted jurisdictions established by the team;
Market and position Malta residency and relocation programmes, together with selected European and Caribbean relocation and investment migration offerings, as approved and prioritised;
Concentrate exclusively on business generated through direct outreach, partner development, travel, networking, and relationship-building activities, without assuming responsibility for inbound leads or marketing-generated prospects unless specifically assigned;
Identify, engage, and develop new intermediary partners, referral sources, and strategic alliances across Malta, Europe, and the Caribbean in line with expansion goals;
Establish and manage a well-structured pipeline of intermediary relationships aimed at producing recurring referral revenue;
Manage commercial engagements from initial contact through negotiation and proposed closing of opportunities generated through direct efforts, subject to delegated approval processes;
Negotiate prospective partnership agreements, referral structures, and fee arrangements, subject to review and authorisation by senior management where applicable;
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant immigration and relocation programmes, including regulatory and legislative changes affecting the jurisdictions promoted;
Monitor competing relocation and investment migration schemes to ensure strong commercial positioning in intermediary discussions;
Conduct detailed market research to identify new territories, client segments, and revenue channels, presenting insights and recommendations to the Senior Manager;
Recommend new commercial strategies, jurisdictional prospects, or service developments to support diversification and sustainable growth;
Ensure accurate documentation and organisation of intermediary engagements, negotiations, and partnership agreements in line with internal policies;
Undertake international travel as required to support approved business development initiatives and relationship management activities;
Support the long-term commercial development and international profile of the Immigration & Relocation practice under the direction of the Senior Manager

Education and Experience
Proven track record in business development and sales, ideally within professional services, immigration, financial services or international markets;
Demonstrated experience in achieving revenue targets through direct sales efforts;
Experience dealing with cross-border clients and international intermediaries;
