A well-established client of ours specializing in ERP & CRM systems is searching for a Business Development Manager to join their team.##
The candidate will play a critical role in a company's growth and expansion efforts. The primary responsibility is to identify and create new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Responsibiities:
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and trends. Analyze market data to understand customer needs and preferences.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms and databases.
Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients. Pitch product or services to prospective clients and convert leads into customers.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Proposal and Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients. Tailor offerings to meet the specific needs of each client.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, pricing, and agreements to secure profitable deals for the company.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development efforts with the company's overall goals and strategies.
Goal Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Monitor and report on progress using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Use this knowledge to adapt and improve business development strategies.
Requirements
Strong understanding of ERP and CRM systems and enterprise technology solutions.
Knowledge of sales methodologies and business development strategies.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends.
Understanding of contract structures, pricing models, and commercial terms.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Additional certifications in Sales, Business Development, or ERP/CRM systems will be advantageous.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Business Development or Key Account Management is a must
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within ERP, CRM, or enterprise software solutions.
Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
